Manas Das

Manas Das has extensive work experience in various roles within the energy industry. Manas most recently worked as Vice President (Business Development & Commercial) at Mahanagar Gas Limited in Mumbai. Prior to that, they were the Founder & CEO of ValuEndow Consulting, a management consulting firm. Manas also served as a Strategy Advisor at Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, where they played a key role in formulating a growth strategy and designing a comprehensive Five-Year Plan. Manas has also held positions at GAIL (India) Limited, including Zonal Deputy General Manager (Marketing) & OIC, Deputy General Manager (M&A), Deputy General Manager (Corporate Planning), and Chief Manager (Corporate Planning). At GAIL, they were involved in various strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning, and organization transformation projects. Manas is experienced in market intelligence, strategic planning, and change management.

Manas Das pursued their B.Tech. degree in Chemical Engineering from 1987 to 1991 at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Manas later enrolled in the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade from 2005 to 2008 and earned their MBA degree in International Business. Their MBA studies covered various subjects such as Foreign Trade, Strategy, Operation Management, and Financial Management.
