Mike Orlando

Mike Orlando is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Accounting and Finance at Maharam since August 2025, Orlando previously held significant roles, including Program Project Manager at MindStream Analytics and Consultant at RGP Consulting. From November 2014 to July 2022, Orlando served as Executive Director of Corporate Finance at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., leading corporate financial reporting and consolidations for a $16 billion organization and playing a key role in the implementation of the OneStream CPM solution. Prior to that, Orlando held various leadership positions at CA Technologies, including Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, where responsibilities included overseeing financial controllership and supporting significant revenue-generating regions. Orlando earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Finance from Binghamton University and an MBA in Finance from Dowling College.
