Jacob Barnes

Jacob Barnes has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Jacob began their career as an IT Consultant at TD&T Financial Group, where they provided IT consulting and support for internal and external clients. Jacob then worked as an IT Manager at Arrow Quick, where they managed and developed the company's IT operations. Afterward, they became the owner of Mindpower Technologies, working as an independent IT Consultant for various industries. Jacob then expanded their business and became the President of MPTIowa. Jacob later sold their business to Access Systems, Inc. and served as the IT Operations Manager. Jacob also founded BlackBarn Inc., a company focused on supporting entrepreneurial endeavors. Currently, Jacob holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Mahaska.

Jacob Barnes obtained their High School Diploma from Oskaloosa Senior High between 1999 and 2002. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Real World Economics & Business from Hard Knock University from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, Jacob Barnes obtained a CC certification from (ISC)² in July 2023.
