Kevin Deronde

Kevin DeRonde has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kevin started their career as a Defensive End for the Dallas Cowboys from 2002 to 2003, and later transitioned to being a Linebacker for the Houston Texans from 2003 to 2004, and then for the Dallas Cowboys again from 2004 to 2005. Subsequently, they worked as an Administrator at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2006, where they played a key role in launching the Vanderbilt Center for Integrative Health. In 2007, they joined Unity Point Health as the Director of Outpatient Services - John Stoddard Cancer Center, overseeing various clinical operations and strategic initiatives. Kevin then became the CEO of Des Moines Orthopaedic Surgeons, P.C. in 2012, before moving on to their current position as CEO of Mahaska Health Partnership in 2018.

Kevin DeRonde received their high school diploma from Pella High School in 1997. Kevin then pursued their undergraduate education at Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Pre-Optometry. In 2006 and 2007, Kevin attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Management.
