Jai Chary has been in the tech industry for over 15 years. jai began their career in 2005 as a WebSphere Admin for Zos at Bank of America. In 2007, they moved to UNIFI - Ameritas GWLP as a Senior WebSphere Portal Admin. jai then joined Amdocs as a Portal SME and then as a Sr. Portal SME. In 2008, they worked as a Portal SME at The Casey Group. Most recently, they have been working at Mahathi since 2013 as a Senior Technical Manager, managing full cycle Technical recruiting processes and overseeing complete Technical recruitment life-cycles.

Jai Chary completed their MBA from Cambridge Intercontinental University between 2003 and 2005, majoring in Human Resources and IT. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Information Technology from Wilberforce University between 1998 and 2002. jai also attended Mountain View, but did not obtain a degree or certification.
