Nisarg Swaly

Nisarg Swaly currently serves as the Head of Strategy at Mahindra Accelo since March 2024. Prior to this role, Nisarg held multiple positions at Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd, including Senior Product Manager, where leadership was demonstrated in transforming a used vehicle buy-sell auction portal, and Senior Strategy Manager in the CEO's Office, focusing on driving profitable growth in collaboration with senior leadership. Additionally, Nisarg served as Chairperson of the Shadow Board, achieving recognition as runners-up in the Mahindra & Mahindra Group Level Shadowboard 2022 event. Previous experience includes Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Tech Mahindra and Area Sales Manager at Kellogg Company, along with an internship in marketing at L'Oréal. Educational qualifications encompass a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, as well as degrees in Information Technology and Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
