Ramdas Kothawale

Ramdas Kothawale is a seasoned professional in industrial relations and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Industrial Relations and Administration at Mahindra Accelo since December 2023. Ramdas has previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Officer at UNO MINDA Group from May 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities included recruitment, interview coordination, and employee orientation. Prior experience includes a role as Plant HR Head at Harita Seating Systems Limited from January 2011 to April 2020, along with earlier positions as Executive IR and Personnel Officer. Ramdas holds a Master in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Master’s degree in Economics from C.T. Bora College Shirur.
