Vishal Borase

Vishal Borase is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in production management across various companies. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Mahindra Accelo since February 2023, Vishal has previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at JBM Group, where responsibilities included overseeing project and production operations to achieve timely production targets while addressing quality issues. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Gestamp as Head of Production, where Vishal enhanced productivity, implemented production lines for various stamping parts, and significantly reduced customer rejections. Vishal also spent several years at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited as a Production Executive, where contributions included improving part quality, production planning, and adhering to quality and safety standards. Vishal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University.
