Gautam Hardikar

Gautam Hardikar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and digital transformation. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager for Logistics Transformation and Digital Supply Chain at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited since August 2022, Gautam previously held the position of Senior Manager in Digital Strategy & Transformation at Mahindra Group, where leadership in AI/ML implementations across the Auto division was demonstrated. Prior roles include Management Consultant at Accenture, where supply chain transformation projects utilizing advanced technologies were executed, and a Technology Analyst at Infosys, focusing on retail and consumer packaged goods.
