Pratap B.

Pratap B. has an extensive work experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on design and creativity. Pratap is currently serving as the Chief Design & Creative Officer at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in their Automotive and Farm Equipment Business. Before this, they held the position of Chief Design Officer at Mahindra Group. Pratap was also associated with Tata Motors, where they served as the Vice President, Global Design, and later as the Head of Design. Prior to Tata Motors, they worked at Tata Motors European Technical Centre (TMETC) as the Chief Designer and Principal Designer. Pratap began their career in 1999 as a Designer at Piaggio and later worked as a Senior Designer at Daimler Chrysler Japan. Overall, they bring a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of automotive design.

Pratap B. began their education at Cathedral and John Connon High School in Mumbai, where they studied from 1980 to 1990. Later, they attended the National Institute of Design from 1992 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in SLPEP Industrial Design with a focus on Product Design. After that, they enrolled at the Royal College of Art from 2001 to 2003, where they earned their MA degree in Vehicle Design.
