Rohit Thakur

Rohit Thakur has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a strong focus on leadership roles. Their most recent position was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited's Automotive and Farm Equipment Business. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at LEAD School, where they developed and led the HR function to support the company's rapid expansion. Before that, Rohit held the same position at Paytm, where they worked to build a competitive advantage through people. Rohit also served as the Head of Human Resources at Accenture in India and Microsoft, where they oversaw HR operations for the country.
