Simran Oberai

Simran Oberai currently serves as an HR Business Partner for Sales and Customer Care, as well as for Product Development, at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited since June 2023, managing the employee lifecycle and strategic recruitment across North and East Zones. Prior to this role, Simran was a Management Trainee in HR at Mahindra Trucks and Buses & Construction Equipment Division. Additional experience includes a Summer Internship at Jubilant Ingrevia Limited, focusing on increment models and compensation analysis, and a Winter Internship at TO THE NEW, engaging in recruitment for IT and HR positions. Simran also held leadership roles at The Commerce Society in Kirori Mal College and completed a Marketing Internship at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd - Pantaloons. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Development from the Delhi School of Economics and a BCom from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.
