Navdeep Chugh

Navdeep Chugh currently serves as Chief Manager at Mahindra Finance since January 2025. Prior to this role, Navdeep held the position of Compensation and PMS Manager at Aarti Industries Ltd. from August 2020 to January 2025, as well as Deputy Manager during that time. Navdeep's earlier experience includes an internship at Maars India in April 2019 and a project internship at the Institute For Plasma Research from August 2016 to April 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) obtained between 2018 and 2020, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from LDRP Institute of Technology & Research, Gujarat Technological University, completed in 2017.
