Nikshita Bora

Nikshita Bora is an experienced professional currently serving as the Divisional Collection Manager at Mahindra Finance since August 2014, overseeing the Collection team focused on soft bucket collections and ensuring high collection efficiency while preventing payment delinquency. Prior to this role, Nikshita held positions at Kotak Securities, including Area Manager and Assistant Manager, and completed an internship where an assignment on Client Analysis and Risk Profile of Investors was conducted. Nikshita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Calcutta.
