Pratik Shah

Pratik Shah has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Pratik started their career in 2001 at Stock Holding Document Management Services Limited, where they worked in the Accounts and Finance department. In 2005, they moved to Axis Bank, initially working in branch banking, transaction banking, and CMS until 2011. During their time at Axis Bank, they held positions such as Area Credit Manager and Regional Credit Manager in rural lending. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President & Head of Policy & Risk for Rural Lending at Axis Bank. Recently, in 2023, they joined Mahindra Finance as the Head of Credit Risk for Tractor Loans and Commercial Vehicles.
