Pravin Mhatre

Pravin Mhatre currently serves as the Head of IT (SME Lending) and VP of Digital Apps Assisted at Mahindra Finance since July 2025. Prior to this role, Pravin held various leadership positions at Mintifi from June 2019 to July 2025, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Engineering, where responsibilities included building a team of 30 engineers and establishing key processes for the FinTech infrastructure. Pravin holds an MCA from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pillai's College of Arts, Commerce and Science.
