Shantanu Kulkarni

Shantanu Kulkarni has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Shantanu currently holds the position of Business Lead Corporate & Fleet Leasing at both Quiklyz and Mahindra Finance. Prior to this, they worked at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. for 6 years, where they served as the General Manager- Group Strategy Office. Before that, they were the Vice President- Corporate Finance at GE Capital Services India for 7 years. Shantanu also gained valuable experience during their time at GE India Ind Pvt Ltd, where they participated in the Experienced Commercial Leadership Program and held the role of Senior Manager. Additionally, they worked as a Product Manager at ABN AMRO Bank and as a Manager at ICICI Bank Ltd. Shantanu began their career as an Associate Marketing Executive at Microland. Throughout their career, Shantanu has demonstrated strong client relationships, expertise in corporate finance, and leadership capabilities.

Shantanu Kulkarni completed their Global Program for Management Development in Organizational Leadership at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2017. Shantanu also completed the Experienced Commercial Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at Crotonville Alumni from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Management Studies (MMS) degree with a focus on Marketing from K J Somaiya Institute of Management between 1999 and 2001. Shantanu also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel College Of Engineering.
