Titas Chaki

Titas Chaki has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Dy. Vice President and Dy. GM HR at Mahindra Finance since September 2013, where responsibilities include leading HRBP for automotive loans, farm equipment loans, and other financial services. Prior to this, Titas was Zonal Manager HR at IndusInd Bank from July 2010 to October 2013, overseeing comprehensive HR solutions for several northern Indian states. Earlier roles include Dy. Manager of Human Capital at Future Generali Life Insurance Company Ltd. and Assistant Manager of HR at Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd., where Titas was recognized for significant contributions within nine months of joining. Titas began the career as an Executive in HR at Sahara India Group. Academic qualifications include multiple Master of Business Administration degrees focused on Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lucknow.
