Ankit Sama

Ankit Sama is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as Cluster Manager at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited since October 2023. With a rich background that includes roles such as Cluster Training Manager at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited and Manager of Learning and Development at both Wyndham Hotel Group and Mahindra Holidays & Resorts, Ankit has consistently focused on inducting new employees and developing training initiatives. Ankit's earlier experience includes positions at THE GOLKONDA RESORTS & SPA and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts where responsibilities encompassed preparing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in addition to training. Ankit began the career in academia with roles at various institutions, imparting knowledge related to hospitality and soft skills.
