Shaila Shettigar

Shaila Shettigar has an extensive background in human resources and management, currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited since March 2017, with prior roles including Corporate Manager and Senior Manager in Human Resources. Shaila's experience at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces includes positions as Assistant Manager of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed generalist functions at both corporate and property levels. Earlier, Shaila led hygiene operations for multiple prestigious Taj properties as Manager-Hygiene. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology and Biochemistry from Somaiya College.
