Trilok Singh

Trilok Singh has extensive experience in the field of collections and finance. Trilok began their career as a Finance Executive at Citi Corp Finance (I) Ltd in 2007. Trilok then moved on to work as an Agency Manager at Khalsa Agency, where they managed collection operations for delinquent cases across various loan products.

Trilok then joined Axis Securities & Sales Ltd. as a Team Supervisor, where they handled both secured and unsecured loans, including credit cards. Trilok was responsible for allocating cases to field executives, monitoring collection targets, and resolving cases.

In 2012, Trilok became an Agency Manager at Anurag Agency, where they managed a portfolio of delinquent cases in Chhattisgarh. Trilok handled secured products such as home loans, auto loans, and LAP cases.

Trilok then joined Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. as a Branch Collection Incharge, where they handled a portfolio of delinquent cases in the Raipur branch. Trilok managed a total POS of more than 17cr and oversaw cases from RX to R90.

At HDB Financial Services Ltd., Trilok served as a Collections Manager, responsible for managing collections for both secured and unsecured products in Chhattisgarh. Trilok also had additional responsibilities for PL write-off recovery.

Trilok's next role was at Hero FinCorp. as a Cluster Collection Manager, where they handled collections for secured products in Chhattisgarh. Trilok managed a collection pool divided among 10 collection managers.

Currently, Trilok is working as an Area Collections Head at Mahindra Home Finance, where they are responsible for the entire collection process and fieldwork in Chhattisgarh. Trilok manages a team of territory managers, branch collection managers, and customer managers.

Throughout their career, Trilok has gained experience in managing large portfolios, overseeing agency-based collections, and achieving collection targets.

Trilok Singh pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Pt. RSS University in Raipur (C.G). Trilok attended this university from 2005 to 2007.
