Nitesh Bais

Nitesh Bais has over 15 years of experience in quality management and product development within the automotive and mobility sectors. Currently serving as New Product Quality-EV Dy.Manager at Mahindra Last Mile Mobility, Nitesh is responsible for preparing product quality plans and ensuring product evaluations. Prior to this role, Nitesh co-founded Drivars, where contributions included team building and prototyping for web and mobile applications. Nitesh's earlier experience includes a Deputy Manager position at Mahindra Two Wheelers, where oversight of product quality was crucial, and roles as Quality Engineer at Indo Autotech Ltd and Bull Machines Pvt Ltd, focusing on supplier quality and manufacturing processes. Nitesh began the career as a Production Engineer at SHIVANI LOCKS PVT LTD, overseeing production operations. Nitesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Production Technologies from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
