Ramesh Ambiger

Ramesh Ambiger has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ramesh is currently working at Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited as the Training Head for Sales - Dealer manpower development. Prior to this, they worked at Mahindra Construction Equipment as the Senior Manager for After Sales Service Training & Product Readiness Management, where they spearheaded 5 training centers and developed the after-sales training process. Before that, Ramesh worked at General Motors as the Senior Manager for After Sales Service, where they successfully implemented various initiatives to improve dealership profitability and customer satisfaction. Ramesh also worked at Ashok Leyland as a Senior Services Engineer, where they implemented standardized processes to enhance after-sales business and improve customer satisfaction.

Ramesh Ambiger completed their 10th Standard education in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies/Technicians at Govt Junior Technical School Hubli from 1985 to 1988. Subsequently, they pursued a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at JSS Academy of Technical Education Karnataka from 1988 to 1991.
