Ashay Shah

Ashay Shah currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Head of Last Mile Delivery at Mahindra Logistics, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Ashay held various positions within the Mahindra Group from June 2018 to October 2023, including Executive Assistant to the Chairman, Deputy General Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Senior Manager of Group Strategy. Ashay also gained experience at Bain & Company from July 2016 to June 2018 as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant, along with a brief tenure as a Summer Associate in 2015. Earlier professional experience includes a role as Sr. Research Associate at KPIT from July 2012 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (2014-2016) and a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (2007-2012).
