Manoj Pawar

Manoj Pawar has extensive work experience in human resources, with roles in various companies. Manoj is currently the Head of Human Resources at Mahindra Teqo, a position they have held since October 2022. Previously, they worked at Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. as a Division Manager and Head HR Manufacturing from July 2020 to July 2021, and as a Senior Manager and Head HR Manufacturing from April 2018 to July 2020. Manoj also served as the Manager - HR & Admin at Zydus - German Remedies from 2007 to April 2018. Prior to that, they held positions at J.P. Morgan Asset Management as a Team Member - HR from 2005 to 2007, at SUN PHARMA as an Officer - HR from October 2004 to October 2005, and at Unichem Laboratories Limited as an Executive HR & ER from 2002 to 2004.

From 1997 to 2000, Manoj Pawar attended the University of Mumbai, where they pursued a degree in Human Resources Management (HRM). Manoj successfully completed their studies and earned a Master's in Human Resources and Development Management (MHRDM) from the university.
