Amol A Kusanale

Amol A Kusanale is a seasoned professional in the field of Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) with extensive experience in the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Manager of CAE in the Mahindra Truck and Bus division since August 2025, Amol previously held the position of Manager CAE at Mahindra Last Mile Mobility from September 2021 to August 2025. Amol has significant experience as a Team Lead CAE Analyst at Tata Technologies, being deployed to Tata Motors' R&D department from April 2015 to September 2021, and as a Senior CAE Analyst at Tech Mahindra, where Amol worked with the Mahindra & Mahindra Trucks & Buses division from September 2012 to April 2015. Early career experience includes a role as a Design Engineer at Bharat Forge Ltd, focusing on die design for forging of automotive parts.
