Satish Kakade is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the design and development of heavy commercial vehicles. Currently serving as DGM and Platform Engineering Head for Heavy Commercial Trucks at Mahindra Truck and Bus since December 2014, Satish has a strong background that includes roles at Foton Motors and Tata Motors, where responsibilities ranged from leading vehicle integration for medium and heavy-duty trucks to managing the design and development of military vehicle variants. Prior experience includes project leadership in the development of multipurpose vehicles at Sonalika and work on various models for the export market at Mahindra & Mahindra. Satish holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
