Don Lewis

Don Lewis is a seasoned professional in the agricultural sector, currently serving as the Head of Skill Development & Education at Mahindra Group since July 2019, and previously held key positions including Head of Planning, Spends & Analytics, and National Sales Head for Mahindra Farm Machinery. Don Lewis's expertise in strategy formulation was further honed during tenure as Head of Department for Strategy, while earlier roles at Mahindra South Africa included Business Vertical Lead for Agri Africa, responsible for P&L management. Previous experience spans multiple leadership roles in operations, business mergers and acquisitions, and strategy development at Mahindra & Mahindra, where significant contributions to the Agri Business sector and its growth initiatives were made. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University.
