Ekta Roongta

Ekta Roongta currently serves as the Jt. Chief of Staff to the Group CEO & MD and Deputy General Manager of the Group Strategy Office at Mahindra Group since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Boston Consulting Group from June 2016 to July 2021, progressing from Senior Associate to Project Leader. Ekta played a key role as Placement Coordinator at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, achieving 100% placement for over 450 students. Additional experience includes a Summer Internship at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, where Ekta was the only Indian student selected, and working as a Hedge Fund Analyst at Credit Suisse. The early career includes an articled assistant position at MGB&CO, focusing on auditing and assurance. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
