Pradeep Kumar has extensive experience in production management within the automotive industry, currently serving as DGM (Production) at Mahindra & Mahindra since May 2014. Previously, Pradeep held the position of Section Head-Steel Phase at Hero Motocorp Ltd from May 2007 to May 2014, ensuring the seamless operation of the section while maintaining PQCDSM parameters. Prior roles include Manager at Hero Honda from April 2009 to 2012, focusing on both Aluminium and Steel phases, and Engineer-Associate Manager at Hero Honda from 2000 to 2009, where Pradeep oversaw metallurgical testing and supplier quality stabilization.
