Prathamesh Surve

Prathamesh Surve is an experienced Information Technology Manager at Mahindra Group, a position held since February 2012, where key contributions include the development and implementation of a Dealer Management System serving over 300 dealers and 12 OEM plants. Prior to this role, Prathamesh worked as a Senior Executive at Blue Star Limited from March 2011 to February 2012, focusing on service delivery and warranty management in the Mumbai region. Earlier, Prathamesh began as a trainee engineer in the warranty department of Mahindra Group from April 2007 to February 2011, engaging in failed part analysis, MIS generation, warranty claim scrutiny, and dealer query resolution. Prathamesh holds a Master of Business Administration in Systems/IT from the University of Mumbai, expected to complete in 2024, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, completed in 2021, along with a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, earned in 2007.
