Sandip Bhangale

Sandip Bhangale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Senior General Manager-Plant Head at Mahindra Rise since November 2019, Sandip manages daily operations across multiple tractor plants, ensuring synchronized supply chains and quality standards. Previously, Sandip held various positions at General Motors from 2011 to 2019, culminating as General Manager of the Powertrain Plant, with a focus on manufacturing operations for diesel and gasoline engines. Sandip's earlier roles included leadership positions at Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra, where significant improvements in production efficiency and quality were achieved. Sandip holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and completed Executive Education at the Indian School of Business.
