Shivani Arni is a Risk and Compliance Professional with over 10 years of experience in IT and Information Security. Currently serving as Deputy Group CISO at Mahindra Group since March 2024, Shivani has held various leadership positions, including VP - Head Of Information Security at TransUnion CIBIL Limited and Manager Information Security at Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Previous roles include AVP Information Security at HDFC Bank and Assistant Manager at KPMG India, along with significant experience at Accenture and Deloitte. Shivani's expertise encompasses SSAE 16/ISO27001 audits, regulatory compliance, network and system audits, architecture security reviews, and vulnerability and risk assessments. Shivani holds a degree in Cyber Security Governance from the Indian School of Business and a BCA from Osmania University.
