Vani Saksena

Vani Saksena is an experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Manager of Human Resources at Mahindra Group since June 2022, Vani previously held positions at Takeda as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources and at Cerebrus Consultants as a Consultant and Associate Consultant. Vani began a career in HR as a Management Trainee at Aircel and gained experience through an internship at Sun Pharma, focusing on employee induction and onboarding processes. Vani's background also includes technical expertise from an early career stint as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services and valuable internship experience at Siemens and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. Vani holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Thapar University.
