Zonal Head - Customer Care - North at Mahindra Group

Venu Mandala has an extensive background in customer care and service management within the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Zonal Head for Customer Care in North at Mahindra Group, Venu has previously held significant roles such as Deputy General Manager for Regional Customer Care in Maharashtra and Goa, and Head of Fully Built Solutions for the Commercial Vehicle Business Unit. Venu's earlier experience includes positions as a Service Executive across various states at Daewoo Motors India Ltd, and as a Service Engineer at Daewoo Motors India Limited. Venu also worked as a Service Manager with TATA Motors Authorized Distributors in Jamshedpur and Bhubaneswar. Venu holds a Post Graduate Program in General Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, completed in May 2022, and received additional education from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2017.
