Rosannys Ruíz

Rosannys Ruíz has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and project management. Rosannys started their career in 2013 as an intern at Synergy-GB, where they designed and developed a functional prototype of a web application and a NoSQL database.

After that, they joined Synergy Global Business in 2013 and took on multiple roles. Rosannys worked as a Project Engineer, where they developed web services and provided consulting support and maintenance for mobile banking solutions. Rosannys then became the Estimator Leader of the Integration Area, where they assessed the effort required for implementing web services. Later, they served as the Integration Team Lead, managing consultants and developing server-side integration solutions for banking and insurance applications. Lastly, they held the position of Project Lead, where they coordinated resources and maintained communication between clients and supervisors to ensure project objectives were met.

In 2015, Rosannys joined MahiSoft as a Software Development Engineer. In this role, they worked as a back-end developer for Ten-X, focusing on designing, developing, and testing microservices using Java, Spring, and Hibernate in a Dockerized environment. Rosannys worked in a team with members located in different time zones.

Rosannys Ruíz began their education journey in 2002 at the Universidad de Oriente (VE), where they pursued a degree in System Engineering. However, they did not complete this program before moving on to their next academic pursuit. In 2008, they enrolled at the Universidad Simón Bolívar and successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering in 2013.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Rosannys continued their educational journey by specializing in Project Management at the Universidad Simón Bolívar. Rosannys pursued a Project Management Specialist degree and is currently enrolled in this program as of 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Rosannys has also obtained several certifications. These include certifications in areas such as time management, conflict resolution, mindfulness, coaching skills, negotiation, and professional scrum mastery. Rosannys obtained these certifications from various institutions such as LinkedIn and Coursera, with the most recent certification being obtained in May 2021.
