Winston Tan

Winston Tan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resource management and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Mahkota Medical Centre since May 2016. Prior to this role, Winston held the position of HR Manager at Nilai Medical Centre, where responsibilities included recruitment, industrial relations, and conducting training needs analysis. Winston's earlier experience includes serving as HR Development Manager at Perfect Food Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd, focusing on training module development and succession planning, and as Personnel & Training Manager at Everly Resort Hotel Malacca, managing a full spectrum of HR functions and internal training programs. Winston began the career as an HR Executive at A' Famosa Resort Hotel Malacca and previously worked as a Sales & Service Coordinator at LEUCO (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. Winston holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences with a major in International Studies from Universiti Malaya.
