Crispin Guerster

Crispin Guerster has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the IT industry. From 1995 to 1997, they worked as a Software Developer for CG EDV as a freelancer. Crispin then joined PTV as a Software Engineer from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, they worked as a Manager of Business Intelligence Systems for Diethelm Keller. From 2002 to 2004, they worked at Henkel of America as an Application Consultant SAP, where they led international projects and developed global business processes. Crispin later became a SAP Project Manager at the same company from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Schaeffler Group as the Director of IT Management Strategy and Program Office, where they led regional IT initiatives and managed the annual IT budget. Since 2012, they have been working at MAHLE as the Global IT Director of Applications.

Crispin Guerster earned a Diplom (Master) degree in Business Engineering and Administration from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) between 1995 and 2002. In addition, they obtained various certifications such as SixSigma Green Belt (2011), ITILv3 - Practitioner (2009), Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2008, and Project Manager from the American Management Association in 2006.
