Dr. Reinhard Baumgartner

Dr. Reinhard Baumgartner has held various finance and accounting roles within the MAHLE Group. Dr. Reinhard started their career in 1995 with internships in industry and trading, focusing on wood, construction, and steel. In 2005, they completed an internship in finance and controlling with Mondi Packaging GmbH. In 2006, they joined MAHLE Filtersysteme GmbH as part of the Beteiligungscontrolling & R&D Controlling team. In 2007, they transitioned to MAHLE Filtersysteme Austria GmbH, where they served as CFO Austria and Head of Finance, Accounting & Tax. In 2008, they also took on the position of CFO at MAHLE Metal Leve GmbH. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Global Project Leader Finance SAP S/4 CoA at the MAHLE Group. Overall, Dr. Reinhard Baumgartner has extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on the automotive industry.

Dr. Reinhard Baumgartner completed their education at various institutions. Dr. Reinhard obtained a B.A. in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz in 2003. Dr. Reinhard then pursued an M.A. in Financial & Industrial Management from the same university from 2003 to 2004, followed by an M.A. in Management & International Business from 2004 to 2005. Finally, they earned a Dr. degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz, completing their education in 2009. In addition, they attended Fachhochschule Salzburg in 2000-2001, focusing on Holztechnik & Holzwirtschaft, but did not obtain a degree from there.
