Kshitikesh Parmeshwar has extensive work experience in the field of research and development in the automotive industry. kshitikesh started their career in 2005 at MAHLE ANAND Thermal Systems Private Limited, where they held various roles including Vice President of Research and Development. In 2020, they became the CTO & Sr. Vice President Research & Development and Manufacturing Engineering at the same company. Currently, they serve as the Vice President Research and Development at MAHLE, specializing in Thermal Management of vehicles.

Kshitikesh Parmeshwar completed their Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree with a focus on Thermal Management from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut. kshitikesh also pursued Mechanical Engineering from the Ram Mohun Roy Seminary and Science College, Patna, with a specialization in Vehicle Thermal Management. Additionally, they attended Ram Mohun Roy Seminary Patna for their early education, where they focused on Thermal Management.
