Leonardo Maldonado

Leonardo Maldonado is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in controlling and financial management. Currently serving as the Head of Regional Controlling Services Americas at MAHLE since August 2015, Leonardo has a proven track record of overseeing financial operations including management reports, tax planning, and strategic financial initiatives. Prior to MAHLE, Leonardo worked as a Plant Controller at Linamar from September 2011 to August 2015, where responsibilities included preparing financial statements and leading budget and cost management efforts. Earlier in the career, Leonardo held the position of Finance Manager at Embraco from April 2007 to September 2011, managing comprehensive finance functions and ensuring compliance with fiscal laws. Leonardo holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration and Management from IPADE Business School, a Master's Degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
