Lydia S.

Lydia S. is an experienced executive with a strong background in management and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the China President at MAHLE since November 2022, Lydia is also the CEO of Climate System and Compressor at Marelli Corp, a position held since May 2019. Prior roles include Vice President for Asia Pacific at 辉门 from January 2015 to December 2018, and Vice President at Takata between September 2012 and December 2014. Lydia has extensive experience in sales, engineering, and quality management, having worked as Sales & Application Engineering Director at Delphi and held managerial positions at Methode, Centurion(Shanghai) Electronics, and Motorola(Shanghai) Telecom Products. Lydia’s educational credentials include a Post Doctorate from the University of Oxford, a Doctorate in Business Administration from ISC Paris, an MBA from Webster University, and a BS in Management from Tongji University.
