Perry Paladino

Perry Paladino is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in engine cooling and climate heat exchangers. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer and Engineering Manager at MAHLE since July 2011, Perry has developed expertise in engine cooling concept development. Previously, Perry held the position of Manager of Development for Climate Heat Exchangers at Behr America Inc. from December 2004 to July 2011, and prior to that, worked as a Senior Product Engineer at DaimlerChrysler from January 2003 to December 2004, specializing in thermal systems components. Perry holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
