Robert Kemper

Robert Kemper is currently a Portfolio Manager at MAHLE, responsible for driving operational improvements and cost-saving activities across multiple production sites. They have extensive experience in program and project management, having previously held roles at Flextronics Romania and Sipa Engineering Romania. Robert began their career as a maintenance technician at Chimica Orastie and has consistently focused on optimizing processes and enhancing customer relationships throughout their professional journey. They hold a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Politehnica University of Timisoara.
