Caroline Brewer

Caroline Brewer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the hospitality and education sectors. Currently serving as a bartender at Mahogany Prime Steakhouse since February 2021, Caroline has developed expertise in fine dining service. Prior experience includes a role as a long-term substitute teacher at Kelly Education, where Caroline held three assignments across 1st and 3rd grades from August 2021 to May 2023. Caroline's career began at The Melting Pot Restaurants, where progression from server to bartender culminated in a position as Head Certified Trainer from May 2018 to February 2021. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Political Science and Government from Rose State College and further studies at the University of Central Oklahoma.
