Vito Dipietra

Vito DiPietra is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and management within the environmental services and restaurant industries. Since September 2011, Vito has held multiple leadership roles at Mahoney Environmental, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer while also having previously held positions as Vice President of M&A/Managed Services, Vice President of Operations-West, and Vice President of Trap and Managed Services. Prior to this, Vito was associated with Portillos Restaurant Group for nearly two decades, managing properties for over 40 restaurants across five concepts and overseeing new project development. Additionally, Vito briefly held the position of Construction Project Manager at Mancon Group in 2011.
