Since November 2010, Richard has been employed at Mahr Federal Inc. and Mahr Inc., providing service, installation, preventative maintenance, and calibration for various measurement systems across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Prior roles include Senior Field Service Engineer at Digirad Corporation, focusing on digital nuclear gamma cameras, and customer service positions at L-3 Communications Security and Detection and Tech USA, managing explosive detection equipment at numerous airports. Richard's background also includes significant experience as a Clinical Engineer at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where equipment reliability improved under a planned maintenance program. Richard holds an Associate's degree in Electronics from Hickok Technical Institute and an MCSE from MasterPRO Computer Training Center.
