Shanthi. R is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, education, and healthcare. As the Founder and Professional Certified Life & Corporate Coach at Shanthicoaching since April 2019, Shanthi has been dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations. Additionally, Shanthi holds the position of Adjunct Lecturer in Social & Counseling Psychology at MAHSA University and serves on the LSTC-Resuscitation Training Faculty at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre. Previous roles include working in the perioperative department at the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs and critical care at Hospital Lam Wah Ee.
