Rafael Perez

Rafael “Jay” Perez is a Senior Wealth Advisor in MAI’s Cleveland office. He joined the firm in 2021, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience.

Prior to MAI, Jay spent nearly 19 years at Fidelity Investments, most recently as a Vice President. He has also served as a financial advisor at National City Investments and Advest. In each of his roles, Jay has partnered with clients to develop personalized financial plans to achieve both their near and long-term goals. He focuses on advising individuals on investment strategy, retirement planning, estate planning, business planning, education funding, and insurance needs.

Jay earned his BBA in Finance from Kent State University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He lives in Aurora, OH where he is an active volunteer in his church and with the Aurora Baseball League.
