Alex Stergion

Alex Stergion is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management within the construction industry. Currently serving as Controller at MAI Construction, Inc. since December 2023, Alex previously held the same title at SC Builders from August 2021 to November 2023, and at Aire Sheet Metal from August 2014 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and conducting financial analysis. Prior experience as Accounting Manager at AJB Construction/Stergion Construction involved overseeing full cycle accounts payable, collections, general ledger reconciliations, and cash management. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting from San Jose State University, completed in 2009.
